i made quiche lorraine once using immitation ham - and it was delicious! lol @ using the whole block of cheese :P

You'll laugh, but I think it took me awhile to warm up to quiche, too, because it just seemed too old-fashioned, too quaint. Heck, it was not nearly hip enough for me. Good grief. Good thing I grew up and learned better. Now, I love me a good quiche.

Really? Most of my friends have loved quiche since they were young! (it's always been popular at parties!) I used to buy those pre-made quiches from the supermarkets and loved them...until I made my own and realised that it was actually really easy and tastier than the store bought ones! This looks very tummy- I can see how you fell in love with it instantly!


I just love this classic quiche and your photo shows it beautifully.

That's a delicious looking quiche. Like you, I totally disliked quiche until I was an adult - didn't like the egg and cheese taste. No problem swallowing down large slabs of quiche now though!
